Docetaxel

DiR, Docetaxel and glutathione (GSH) were provided by Meilun Biotech (Dalian, China). Bromoacetic acid, selenium, 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyllaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCI), 3-bromopropionic acid, sodium borohydride (NaBH₄), 4-dimethylaminopyrideine (DMAP), Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), 4-bromobutyric acid and coumarin-6 were all supplied by Aladdin (Shanghai, China). 2-distearoyl-sn-glycerol-3-phosphoethanolamine-N-methyl (polyethylene glycol)−2000 (DSPE-PEG_2k) were obtained from Shanghai Advanced Vehicle Technology Pharmaceutical Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Fetal bovine serum (FBS) was supplied by Hyclone (Beijing, China). Trypsin and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)−2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) were obtained from Gibco (Beijing, China). The other reagents mentioned in this work were of analytical or HPLC grade.

Cyclophosphamide, etoposide, ifosfamide, and epirubicin were obtained from Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), and daunorubicin, pirarubicin, pemetrexed, cytarabine, homoharringtonine, gemcitabine, irinotecan, paclitaxel, doxorubicin, docetaxel, idarubicin, raltitrexed, and methotrexate were obtained from Meilun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Dalian, China). Methanol and acetonitrile were purchased from Merck KGaA (Darmstadt, Germany), and HPLC-grade formic acid (99%) was purchased from Anaqua Chemicals Supply (Wilmington, USA). Purified water was obtained from a Merck Milli-Q HR Water Purification System (Darmstadt, Germany).

DiR, Docetaxel, hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂), fetal bovine serum (FBS), Trypsin, Dulbecco's modified eagle medium (DMEM, high glucose), Roswell Park Memorial Institute (RPMI-1640) and 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)−2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) were bought from Meilun Biotech (Dalian, China). (Shanghai, China). Ki67 cell proliferation kit and TUNEL apoptosis detection kit were obtained from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. Cell culture materials were provided by NEST Biotechnology. All reagents mentioned in this work were of analytical grade.

The ACQ probes, P2 (λ_abs/λ_em = 708 nm/732 nm) and P4 (λ_abs/λ_em = 651 nm/662 nm), were synthesized in the lab. Oleic acid, decanoic acid, lauric acid, myristic acid, palmitic acid, and stearic acid were purchased from Sinopharm Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Cremophor EL, choline hydroxide, linOleic acid, and linolenic acid were obtained from Aladdin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Paclitaxel and docetaxel were from Meilun Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Dalian, China). Diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) for nuclear staining was purchased from Yeasen Biotech Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Caco-2 and Raji cells were from National Collection of Authenticated Cell Cultures (Shanghai, China), while HT29-MTX cells were from China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan, China).
