RDV (#30354), telaprevir (TVR; #20054), GS‐441524 (#30469), and GS‐621763 (#34125) were commercially obtained from Cayman Chemical (San Diego, CA). These chemicals were dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO; #D2650) from Sigma‐Aldrich (St. Louis, MO) at 5 or 10 mM as stocks, and were stored at −20°C. Chemical structures of RDV, GS‐441524, and GS‐621763, and their conversions into the active nucleoside triphosphate form are depicted in Figure 1a.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
