The treated TG905 cells were washed thrice with ice-cold PBS and homogenized with RIPA lysate containing 1 mM phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride. Samples were centrifuged at 12000 rpm for 10 min, and the supernatant were collected. The total protein concentration was measured using BCA protein assay kits (Solabio). After the total protein was extracted, the protein concentration was examined. With 50 μg of total protein, each protein sample was separated for electrophoresis on 8–12% sodium dodecyl sulfate–polyacrylamide gels and transferred onto polyvinylidene difluoride membranes. The target bands were visualized by enhanced chemiluminescence and analyzed on Chemiluminescent gel imaging (MiniChemi 610 Plus, Beijing Saizhi Venture Technology Co., Ltd.), which were then quantified by ImageJ analysis software (National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD).
