Antibodies against extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK), phospho-ERK, Akt, phospho-Akt, nuclear factor κB p65 (NF-κB p65) and inhibitor of κBα (IκBα) were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). Antibodies against p38, phospho-p38 and inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). Antibody against TATA binding protein (TBP) was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). Antibody against gp91^phox was purchased from BD biosciences (San Jose, CA, USA). Horseradish peroxide (HRP)-conjugated immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody was purchased from Vector Laboratories (Burlingame, MA, USA). All the other reagents were purchased from Sigma (St. Louis, MO, USA), unless indicated.

PG, avidin-tetramethylrhodamine isothiocyanate (avidin-TRITC), and anti-actin antibody were purchased from Sigma Chemical Company (St. Louis, MO, USA). The antibodies against Ogg1, Nrf2, Erk, and phospho-Erk were purchased from Santa Cruz Biotechnology (Santa Cruz, CA, USA). The antibodies against phospho-Akt, Akt, and histone 3 were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Danvers, MA, USA). The antibody against TATA-binding protein (TBP) was purchased from Abcam (Cambridge, UK). Thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) were purchased from Amresco LLC (Solon, OH, USA).

OXT, N-acetylcysteine (NAC), Hoechst 33342, 2′,7′-dichlorodihydrofluorescein diacetate (H₂DCFDA), and actin antibodies were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Thiazolyl blue tetrazolium bromide (MTT) was purchased from Amresco (Solon, OH, USA). Acridine orange was purchased from Invitrogen (Madison, WI, USA). Antibody against Atg5 (C-term) was purchased from Abgent (San Diego, CA, USA). Antibodies against beclin-1, Atg7, LC3, p62, and phosphorylated Nrf2 (phospho-Nrf2) were purchased from Cell Signaling Technology (Beverly, MA, USA).
