Cd138 pe 44f9

Manufactured by Miltenyi Biotec

CD138 PE (44F9) is a fluorescently-labeled antibody that binds to the CD138 antigen. CD138, also known as syndecan-1, is a cell surface proteoglycan expressed on plasma cells and some epithelial cells. The PE (phycoerythrin) fluorophore is conjugated to the antibody, allowing detection and analysis of CD138-positive cells using flow cytometry or other fluorescence-based techniques.

Single-cell analysis of bone marrow cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Bone marrow cells were stained with antibodies against either CD38 FITC (multi-epitope, Cytognos, 1:200), CD138 PE (44F9, Miltenyi, 1:100), SLAMF7 APC (162.1, Biolegend, 1:100), BCMA PE-Cy7 (19F2, Biolegend, 1:100), or with antibodies against CD45 FITC (HI30, eBioscience, 1:100), CD3 PerCP-Cy5.5 (OKT3, eBioscience, 1:100), CD14 APC-Cy7 (MoP9, BD Biosciences, 1:100), CD19 PE (HIB19, BioLegend, 1:100). Cells were stained with DAPI (1 μg/mL, Sigma-Aldrich) to exclude dead cells. Single cells were sorted into 96-well plates using a Sony SH800 sorter (Extended Data Fig. 1). Immediately after sorting, plates were spun down, and stored at –80 °C until further processing.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
