Comprehensive Analytical Techniques for Materials Characterization

TEM imaging was performed on a JEM-2100 (JEOL, Japan) transmission electron microscope at an acceleration voltage of 200 kV. The pH value of MRS medium was measured using a pH meter (STARTER 3100, USA). Cell images of C. albicans and Lactobacillus were recorded on a laser scanning confocal microscope (Olympus, Japan). Tissue images of H&E staining were photographed by a DMi8 fluorescence microscope (Leica, Germany).
