Raw blue isg cells

Manufactured by InvivoGen

RAW-Blue ISG cells are a reporter cell line derived from murine RAW 264.7 macrophages. These cells express a secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter gene under the control of the ISG54 (Interferon-Stimulated Gene 54) promoter, which is induced by type I interferons.

Quantifying cGAMP Bioactivity

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
cGAMP activity was measured using RAW-Blue ISG cells (InvivoGen) that were cultured in DMEM supplemented with 10% FBS, 4.5 g/L glucose, 2mM L-Glutamine, and 100 μg/mL Normacin. Zeocin (200 μg/mL) was added every other passage to maintain selection pressure. RAW-Blue ISG cells were seeded at a density of 50,000 cells/well in a 96 well plate and then treated with the indicated formulations and concentrations for 24 hours. Relative expression of IFN-I was measured using QUANTI-Blue reagent (InvivoGen).

Quantification of ISGF3 Reporter Activity

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The RAW-Blue ISG macrophage cell line stably transfected with an ISGF3-dependent reporter construct was cultured and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions (RAW-Blue ISG cells, Invivogen raw-isg). ISGF3 reporter activity was determined from cell culture supernatants using QUANTI-Blue detection reagents according to the manufacturer’s instructions (Invivogen).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
