The cytotoxicity profiles of the NF-Doxo and NF-Doxo-SPION were established on cancer cell line MDA-MB-231 (triple negative human breast cancer). Triple MDA-MB-231 (ECACC, Salisbury, UK) cells were cultured at 37 °C in an atmosphere containing 5% CO2 .
