Mouse Monoclonal antibody to ARF6 was described previously67 (link). Fluorophore conjugated secondary antibodies (donkey anti-mouse FITC, donkey anti-rabbit TRITC) were purchased from Jackson Immunoresearch. Antibody usage information is contained in Supplementary Table 2. SecinH3 and TBB were purchased from Cayman Chemical.
