Finally, the cell smears were stained with haematoxylin (Baso, Zhuhai, China), sealed with neutral resin.

Protein extraction was conducted by radioimmunoprecipitation (RIP) assay lysis buffer (Beyotime, China). The protein specimens were electrophoretically separated on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel.
