Hesperetin was purchased from Cayman Chemicals (Ann Arbor, MI, USA) and β-CD and RAMEB were purchased from Wako Pure Chemical Industries (Osaka, Japan), respectively. Naringenin, DM-β-CD, dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), thiazolyl blue (MTT), compounds for phosphate buffer saline (PBS) and lipopolysaccharides (LPS) from Escherichia coli O111:B4 were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (Darmstadt, Germany).
