Cell lines and cell culture SNU-368, SNU-739, Huh-7 and HepG2 cells were obtained from the Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Science (Shanghai, China). Cells were cultured in Dulbecco's modi ed Eagle's medium (DMEM) supplemented with 10% FBS (HyClone, Logan, UT, USA) at 37 °C in a humidi ed incubator containing 5% CO 2 .
