After evaluating pharmacodynamic interactions, we examined the effect of the synergistic drug combination of GDC and ADA on cell proliferation time-dependently. In a 96-well plate, the cells were seeded (3 × 103 cells/well) and treated with ADA or GDC alone or in combination at concentrations below the IC50 values. After 24–72 h of incubation, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, the proliferation of cells was determined using the Vybrant Proliferation Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, United States). GraphPad Prism 8.4.3 and a two-way ANOVA were employed for statistical analysis, followed by a Tukey test for multiple comparisons.
