Quantifying Cardiac miRNAs and mRNAs

miRNA: miRNAs were isolated with a MirVana Isolation kit (ThermoFisher) according to the manufacturer’s protocol. Briefly, miR combo expression levels were measured by absolute quantification using the Standard Curve Method.
