Donkey anti sheep igg hrp secondary antibody

Manufactured by Santa Cruz Biotechnology

Donkey anti-sheep IgG-HRP secondary antibody is a reagent used in immunoassay techniques. It is an antibody that binds to sheep immunoglobulin G (IgG) and is conjugated with the enzyme Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). This secondary antibody can be used to detect and quantify the presence of target proteins in samples.

Retinoic Acid-Induced Differentiation of SK-N-BE(2) Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
SK-N-BE(2) cells differentiated with 10 μm all-trans-retinoic acid for a period of 6 days were lysed in SDS sample buffer at a concentration of 2 × 104 cell/μl. Lysates were separated on 12% acrylamide gels by SDS-PAGE. Samples were transferred onto a nitrocellulose membrane, blocked for 1 h at room temperature in 5% skim milk powder and labeled overnight with the following Tpm-specific sheep polyclonal antibodies: γ/9d (Merck Millipore, catalog no. AB5447), α/1b (Merck Millipore, catalog no. ABC499), and α/9d (Merck Millipore, catalog no. AB5441) (1 (link)). A donkey anti-sheep IgG-HRP secondary antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, catalog no. sc-2473) was applied for 1 h at room temperature before HRP activity was developed using the SuperSignalTM West Femto maximum sensitivity substrate (Thermo Fisher, catalog no. 34095). Membranes were imaged with a Bio-Rad ChemiDocTM MP system using Image LaTM software (Bio-Rad).

Comprehensive Antibody Characterization for Tropomyosin Isoforms

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Antibodies used in this study include the mouse monoclonal antibody QIAexpress Penta⋅His, BSA–free (Qiagen, catalogue no. 34650); the Tpm-specific sheep polyclonal antibodies TPM3/9d (Merck Millipore, catalogue no. AB5447), TPM1/1b (Merck Millipore, catalogue no. ABC499), and TPM1/9d (Merck Millipore, catalogue no. AB5441); donkey anti–sheep IgG–HRP secondary antibody (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, catalogue no. sc–2473). Rabbit polyclonal antibody D55Ac was raised against the peptide Ac–MDAIKKKMQMLKLD (Eurogentec, Seraing, Belgium). D55Ac specifically detects N–acetylated isoforms derived from TPM1 and TPM2 that share the use of exon 1a. The epitope is found in Tpm1.1, Tpm1.2, Tpm1.3, Tpm1.4, Tpm1.5, Tpm1.6, Tpm1.7, Tpm1.10, Tpm2.1, Tpm2.2, Tpm2.3, and Tpm2.4.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
