Murine Chitinase-like Proteins Cloning

The full-length-coding region of murine Chil1, Chil3 and Chil4 were amplified using a mouse lung cDNA template. The cDNA fragments were directionally cloned into pcDNA3.1 (Invitrogen) to generate plasmids encoding V5/His tagged CLPs.
