Proliferation Assay with EdU Labeling

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
HPASMCs (5 × 103 cells per well) were incubated with 50 μM EdU labeling solution (RiboBio) in a 96‐well plate for 3 h. After being fixed with 4% formaldehyde, cells were stained with 1× Apollo® reaction cocktail for a half hour, followed by dyeing with DAPI. Next, EdU‐positive cells were photographed and calculated.

Cell Proliferation Assay with EdU

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Transfected H929 and MM.1S cells were incubated with respective medium supplemented with 50 μM EdU labeling solution (RiboBio, Guangzhou, China) for 2 h. After being fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde and incubating with glycine, Apollo staining was carried out for 30 min. DNA staining was performed using 5 μg/mL DPAI for 30 min. EdU positive cells were detected by a fluorescence microscope.

EdU Proliferation Assay in PC9 and A549

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
After transfection, PC9 and A549 cells were placed into a 96‐well plate containing 50 μM 5‐Ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine (EdU) labeling solution (RiboBio) and incubated for 3 hours. Following reacting with click reaction solution for 30 minutes, DAPI was used for cell nuclei staining. Finally, EdU‐positive cells were detect to assess cell proliferation.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
