T7 or t3 mmessage mmachine kits

Manufactured by Thermo Fisher Scientific

The T7 or T3 mMESSAGE mMACHINE kits are in vitro transcription kits used for the synthesis of capped and poly(A) tailed messenger RNA (mRNA) from DNA templates. The kits provide the necessary components, including RNA polymerase enzymes, nucleotides, and buffers, to efficiently generate high-quality mRNA for various applications.

Generating Mutant Kdm5b and Kdm4d Constructs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
The cDNA encoding wild-type Kdm5b was obtained from Addgene (86398)20 (link). To generate a catalytically inactive version of Kdm5b the H499A mutation was introduced by site directed mutagenesis. The in vitro transcription plasmids containing the wild-type and mutant Kdm4d were obtained from Addgene (61553, 61554)25 (link). mRNA was in vitro transcribed with T7 or T3 mMESSAGE mMACHINE kits (Ambion) and purified by LiCl precipitation. All plasmids generated in this study are available at Addgene under “Torres-Padilla lab plasmids”.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
