Rabbit anti abcg1

Manufactured by Novus Biologicals
Sourced in United States

Rabbit anti-ABCG1 is a primary antibody that binds to the ABCG1 (ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 1) protein. ABCG1 is an integral membrane protein involved in the regulation of cellular cholesterol and lipid homeostasis. This antibody can be used for the detection and analysis of ABCG1 in various experimental applications.

The cells were harvested and protein extracts prepared as previously described.(25 (link)–27 (link)) They were then subjected to Western blot analyses (10% SDS-PAGE; 30 µg protein per lane) using rabbit anti-ABCG1 (Novus Biologicals, Littleton, CO) and anti-β-actin (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, Santa Cruz, CA) antibodies. Rat anti-ABCA1 was kindly donated by Dr. S, Yokoyama. The proteins were visualized and quantified using a chemiluminescence method (ECL Pus Western Blotting Detection System; GE Healthcare UK Ltd., Buckinghamshire, UK) and the NIH image analysis software program.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
