AR) was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. The metal salts
needed for the experiment were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent
Co., and all reagents were of analytical grade. MTT was purchased
from China Center for Type Culture Collection (Wuhan, China). Glycerin
(99%) was purchased from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co. Secondary
deionized water was used throughout.
