Anti–CD11b–APC (clone ICRF44) is a fluorescently labeled antibody that binds to the CD11b cell surface antigen. CD11b Knockdown in THP1 Cells

THP1 cell lines expressing scramble shRNA or ITGAM (CD11b)-targeting shRNA (C5) were generated as described previously8 (link). Knockdown of CD11b by shRNA in THP1 cells was verified as described previously8 (link). Briefly, cells were stained with anti–CD11b–APC (clone ICRF44, 301310, Biolegend) or APC-conjugated isotype control (clone MOPC-21, 400120, Biolegend) antibodies for 30 min on ice, then washed twice with 1× PBS+2% FBS + 0.05% sodium azide (FACS buffer) and resuspended in FACS buffer.
