Anti cd11b apc clone icrf44

Manufactured by BioLegend

Anti–CD11b–APC (clone ICRF44) is a fluorescently labeled antibody that binds to the CD11b cell surface antigen. CD11b is expressed on the surface of various immune cells, including monocytes, macrophages, and neutrophils. This antibody can be used to identify and quantify CD11b-positive cells in flow cytometry applications.

CD11b Knockdown in THP1 Cells

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
THP1 cell lines expressing scramble shRNA or ITGAM (CD11b)-targeting shRNA (C5) were generated as described previously8 (link). Knockdown of CD11b by shRNA in THP1 cells was verified as described previously8 (link). Briefly, cells were stained with anti–CD11b–APC (clone ICRF44, 301310, Biolegend) or APC-conjugated isotype control (clone MOPC-21, 400120, Biolegend) antibodies for 30 min on ice, then washed twice with 1× PBS+2% FBS + 0.05% sodium azide (FACS buffer) and resuspended in FACS buffer. Flow cytometry data were acquired using CytoFLEX Flow Cytometer (Beckman Coulter). Data were analyzed using FlowJo (version 10.7.1) software (Treestar).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
