[64Cu]CuCl2 was obtained from the Washington University in St. Louis (MO). PEG with terminal groups of amine and carboxyl (NH2-PEGCOOH, Mw = 2000) and PEG with terminal groups of monomethyl ether and carboxyl (mPEG-COOH, Mw = 2000) were purchased from Shanghai Yanyi Biotechnology Corporation (Shanghai, China) and used directly. FA, FI, and other chemicals were purchased from MilliporeSigma (St. Louis, MO). PD-10 columns were obtained from GE Healthcare Life Sciences (Pittsburgh, PA). A Milli-Q Plus 185 water purification system (Millipore, Bedford, MA) having a resistivity >18 MΩ cm was used to purify water.
