Milli q water ddh2o
Milli-Q water is a type of ultrapure, deionized water produced by the Merck Group. It is a high-quality laboratory-grade water, also known as double-distilled water (ddH2O). Milli-Q water is extensively purified to remove impurities, resulting in a water source with low conductivity and high resistivity.

Conductive indium tin oxide (ITO) coated glass slides were purchased from Bruker Daltonics (Bremen, Germany). Adhesive slides SuperFrost Plus TM were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific (Waltham, Massachusetts, USA) for histological analysis. Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) and 1,5-diaminonaphtalene (1,5-DAN, ≥ 97.0%) MALDI matrix were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). Acetonitrile (ACN) was obtained from VWR (Darmstadt, Germany). For external calibration of the Bruker solarix magnetic resonance mass spectrometer (MRMS), a mixture of poly-DL-alanine (10 mg/mL), L-alanine ≥ 99.5% (5 mg/mL) and taurine ≥ 99% (5 mg/mL; all from Sigma Aldrich) in water was used.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
