FITC-streptavidin was purchased from ThermoScientific (Pittsburgh, PA). 4-amino-5-(4-chlorophenyl)-7-(t-butyl)pyrazolo(3,4-d)pyrimidine (PP2) was purchased from EMD Millipore (Billerica, MA). All other chemicals were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO).
