All reagents were used as received unless otherwise specified. 1,3,5-Triallyl-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6(1H,3H,5H)-trione (TTT), pentaerythritol tetrakis(3-mercaptopropionate) (PETMP), propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate (PGMEA), and benzoin methyl ether (BME) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Perfluoropolyether acrylate (CN4002) was purchased from Sartomer USA, LLC. Norland Optical Adhesives 74 was purchased from Norland Products, NJ, USA. 1H,1H,2H,2H-Perfluorodecyl acrylate (PFDA) was purchased from Alfa Aesar, MA, USA. DuPont Krytox lubricant was purchased from Kurt J. Lesker company, USA. 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (98%) were purchased from Acros Organics and Poly(2-hydroxymethyl methacrylate) (PHEMA) was synthesized according to our previous work.23 (link)
