Fungal Infection of Macrophages

In some experiments, BMDMs and BMDCs were treated 2 h previously to the fungal infection with 500 ng/mL of LPS (Sigma-Aldrich) and/or 20 µM of nigericin (InvivoGen) during the last 40 min of incubation (1 h for fungicidal assays).
