Carboxymethylcellulose sodium (Mw = 90,000), adipic dihydrazide, sodium periodate (NaIO4, Analytical Reagent, AR), N-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-N-ethylcarbodiimide (EDC) and 1-Hydroxybenzotriazole hydrate (HOBt) were purchased from Macklin Biochemical Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). β-Cyclodextrin (Mw = 1135), DMSO (AR) were obtained from Kermel Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd. (Tianjin, China). Cyclohexane (AR), Methanol (AR) were purchased from Fuyu Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. (Tianjin, China) and used as received. Ginsenoside CK (purity > 95%) was provided by the Biomedical Research Institute of Northwest University (HPLC ≥ 95%, Xi’an, China). RPMI1640 medium and penicillin/streptomycin were purchased from GIBCO (Grand Island, NY, USA). Hoechst 33342 was obtained from Beyotime Biotechnology (Shanghai, China). MTT, 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) and Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) were purchased from Beijing Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China).

Perfluorooctyl bromide (PFOB), folic acid (FA), and 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) were provided by Sigma-Aldrich (USA), LutrolF68 (F68) was obtained from BSAF (Germany), egg lecithin (PL-100M) was provided by AVT (Japan), chitosan (CS) (m.w. 25–50 kg/mol, degree of deacetylation 95%) was obtained from Haidebei Marine Bioengineering Co., Ltd. (China), folic acid PEG acid (FA-PEG-COOH) (m.w. 3400 g/mol) was supplied by Nanocs (USA), glycerol was purchased from Hunan Erkang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (China), folic acid was provided by Aladdin (China), fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was obtain from Solarbio (China), N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) and N,N′-dicyclohexylcarbodiimide (DCC) were supplied by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (China), the dialysis membrane (MwCO = 8000–14000) was provided by Sigma-Aldrich (USA), Spectra/Gel Absorbent was obtained from spectrum (USA), water was purified using system from Millipore (France), and other chemicals and solvent were of analytical grade. Trypsin, fetal bovine serum (FBS), RPMI1640, and folate-free RPMI1640 media were purchased from Gibco (USA), cells were supplied by ATCC (USA), and CellTiter96® Aqueous One Solution Cell Proliferation Assay (MTS) was obtained from Promega Corporation (USA).

Tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS), ammonia water, ethanol, hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), Triethanolamine (TEA), cyclohexane solution, ammonium nitrate (NH₄NO₃), N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), 3-(ethyliminomethylideneamino)-N,N-dimethylpropan-1-amine,hydrochloride (EDC), PEG-COOH and FA, were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China), Bufalin (Bu) and Lenvatinib (Le) were purchased from GLPBIO (Montclair, CA, USA), Fluorescein Isothiocyanate (FITC), 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI), and hematoxylin and eosin were acquired from Solarbio (Beijing, China), 9810 cells were detected by Cell Bank of Chinese Academy of Sciences (Shanghai, China), fluorescent sealing solution were purchased from Merck Millipore (Billerica, MA, USA). The Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay kit were purchased from Beyotime (Shanghai, China). Transwell chambers and Matrigel were obtained from Corning (Corning, NY, USA). Shanghai Model Organisms Center, Inc (Shanghai, China) provided us the BALB/c nude mice. hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) were obtained from Sangon (Shanghai, China). Alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) ELISA kits were purchased from mlbio (Shanghai, China).

After osteogenic differentiation, samples were fixed in paraformaldehyde (4%) for 15 min, permeabilized for 30 min with 0.1% Triton X-100, and then blocked using 5% bovine serum albumin (BSA) for 30 min. Subsequently, the samples were incubated with anti-RUNX2 (1:200; Huabio, China) and COL1A1 (1:200; Cell Signaling Technology, America) at 4 °C overnight and following a fluorescence-labeled secondary antibody for 2 h. Finally, the fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) (Solarbio, Beijing, China) stained cell body for 30 min and 4′,6-diamidino-2-phenylindole (DAPI) (Solarbio, Beijing, China) stained nucleus for 5 min. The results were recorded with a confocal microscope (Olympus FV3000, Japan).

The recombinant humanized collagen type III (rhCol III) was specially prepared and purified in Shanxi Jinbo Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd (Taiyuan, China). MTS and ATPES were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). 1-Ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) and 2-(N-morpholino) ethane sulfonic acid (MES) were purchased from Adamas-beta (Shanghai, China). Iron (II) sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO₄), hexane (≥98.0%), and ethanol were obtained from Chengdu Jinshan Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China). Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was obtained from Beijing Solarbio Science &Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China).

Disulfiram (purity 99.5%) was obtained from Chemson Industrial Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Soy protein isolate (SPI, CAS: 9010-10-0) was obtained from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Mannitol was obtained from Shandong Chuangying Chemical Co., (Shandong, China). MTT and DAPI were obtained from Sigma-Aldrich (USA). Fetal bovine serum (FBS), and Dulbecco's modified Eagle's medium (DMEM) were obtained from Thermo Fisher Scientific, Inc. (MA, USA). MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells obtained Shanghai Cell Resource Center of the Shanghai Institute for Biological Sciences (Shanghai, China). Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) was obtained from Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). The dialysis membrane (3.5 kDa) was purchased from the Shanghai Gene Ray Biotech. Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).

Zinc nitrate hexahydrate (Zn(NO₃)₂⋅6H₂O) and 2-MIM were supplied by Shanghai Aladdin Bio-Chem Technology Co. (Shanghai, China). MQD solution (2 mg/mL) was obtained from Beijing Beike New Material Technology Co. (Beijing, China). 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA), Dulbecco’s minimum essential medium (DMEM), DOX, fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC), and phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) were supplied from Solarbio Science and Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran (DPBF) were purchased from Shanghai McKellin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). HeLa cells were obtained from Tianjin Cancer Hospital.
