Western Blotting and Immunoprecipitation Assays

Western blot assays were performed as previously described37 (link). The primary antibodies used in our study were as follows: PEAK1 (Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA); PEAK1/NKF3, E-cadherin, N-cadherin, MMP2, and MMP9 (Abcam, UK); p-AKT, total AKT, p-ERK1/2, total ERK1/2, p-JNK and total JNK (Invitrogen, USA); p-Rac1, total Rac1, p-JAK1, total JAK1, p-JAK2, total JAK2, Twist1, Twist2, Snail1, Snail2, Zeb1, and Zeb2 (OriGene, USA); and GAPDH (Immunology Consultants Laboratory, USA). Immunoprecipitation was performed exactly as previously described39 (link).
