Immunofluorescence Analysis of hJBMMSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cultured hJBMMSCs were stained by immunofluorescence after treatment. Primary phospho-P65 mAb (ab86299, Abcam, Cambridge, United Kingdom), CD29 mAb (303005, Biolegend, San Diego, CA) or CD13 mAb (ab7417, Abcam) were used and followed by donkey anti-rabbit FITC/CY3 conjugated secondary mAb (Life Technologies, Grand Island, NY). Cells were treated with DAPI (Vector Labs), and evaluated blindly by counting labeled cells in ten HPFs (high-power fields).

Characterization of hJBMMSCs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Cultured hJBMMSCs were isolated and stained with primary CD29 mAb (303005, Biolegend), CD13 mAb (ab7417, Abcam), CD45 mAb (D9M8I, Cell Signaling Technology, Beverly, MA), and CD146 mAb (ab75769, Abcam), which was followed by donkey anti-rabbit FITC/CY3 conjugated secondary mAb (Life Technologies). hJBMMSCs were then analyzed on a FACSCalibur cytometer (BD Biosciences) and identified as CD29+CD13+CD45CD146.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
