Triphenyl phosphite

DABBT was synthesized and purified using a slightly modified procedure reported in the literature [47 (link),48 (link)]. The ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR spectra of DABBT are shown the Supplementary Materials (Figures S1 and S2). ¹H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d₆, δ): 7.59 (s, 2H, Ar-H), 7.26 (s, 4H, –NH₂). ¹³C-NMR (100 MHz, DMSO-d₆, δ): 110.02, 129.62, 148.12, 165.28. H₃BTB was synthesized using a two-step reaction as described in our previous work [40 (link)]. The ¹H-NMR and ¹³C-NMR spectra of H₃BTB are shown in the Supplementary Materials (Figures S3 and S4). ¹H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d₆, δ): 8.03 (m, 15H, Ar-H), 12.99 (s, 3H, –COOH); ¹³C-NMR (100 MHz, DMSO-d₆, δ): 167.57, 144.25, 141.16, 130.47, 130.33, 127.83, 125.98. N-Methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP), triphenyl phosphite (TPP), and pyridine (Py) were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China) without further purification. Quinine sulfate was purchased from Adamas Reagent, Ltd (Shanghai, China) and used as received.

The commercial PET polyester slices (processing grade: fiber grade, non-extinction, intrinsic viscosity 0.676 dL/g) were purchased from Sinopec Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. (Yizheng, China). The SiO₂ nanoparticles (amorphous hydrophilicity, particle size is about 100~200 nm) were purchased from Zhejiang Yuda Chemical Co., Ltd. Sulfoxide chloride, benzene, tetrachloroethane, phenol, antimony trioxide, toluene, dimethyl terephthalate (DMT), zinc acetate, acetone, triphenyl phosphite, o-phenanthroline (Phen), and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China). Tetraethylene glycol (TEG) was obtained from Shanghai Macklin Biochemical Technology Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). All the above mentioned reagents are of analytical grade (AR), and were used as received without further purification. Terbium chloride (99.99%) was purchased from Shandong Desheng New Materials Co., Ltd. (Jining, China).
