The standard solutions of 7 OP were dissolved in methanol, and their working solutions (1 pg/mL to 1 mg/mL) were diluted with water. We prepared PBS (pH 7.2) by dissolving 0.2 g of KH 2 PO 4 , 0.2 g of KCl, 1.15 g of Na 2 HPO 4 , and 8.0 g of NaCl in 1,000 mL of water. The CL reagents (Luminol, H 2 O 2 , and IMP) were prepared with Tris-HCl (0.1 mol/L, pH 8.6), respectively.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
