Dextrans with different Mw (T-40, T-64, T-150, T-250 and T-500) were purchased from Sigma-aldrich. Monosaccharide standards including L-rhamnose (Rha), l-arabinose (Ara), d-xylose (Xyl), d-mannose (Man),d-glucose (Glc), d-galactose (Gal) were obtained from Dr. Ehrenstorfer GmbH Co. (Germany). Sephadex G-100 and DEAE-52 cellulose gel were purchased from GE Healthcare Bio-Scinence (Germany). Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA, standard for GC, > 99.8%) was purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Hydroxylammonium chloride (guarantee reagent) and pyridine were purchased from Tianjin Kemiou chemical reagent co., LTD. Injection breviscapine (Lot: 15141005) was obtained from Hang Sheng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Hunan, China). Yunanbaioyao (Lot: ZGA1604) was obtained from Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. (Yunan, China). APTT (Lot: 1121911), TT (Lot: 121168), PT (Lot: 105295) and FIB (Lot: 132107) assay kits were purchased from Shanghai Sun Biotech Co., Ltd (Shanghai, China).

Dextran standards (T1, T5, T12, T25, T50, T80, T150, T270, T410) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA). Fetal bovine serum was from Life Technologies Inc. (Waltham, Massachusetts, USA) and Dulbecco Modified Eagle Medium from LONZA (Walkersville, Maryland, USA). The DEAE-Sephadex and HiPrep 26/60 Sephacryl™ S-500 HR were from GE Healthcare (Uppsala, Sweden). Polysaccharide-K was purchased from Kureha Pharmaceuticals (Japan). The HPLC BioSEC-5 column and its guard column were purchased from Agilent (Santa Clara, CA, USA).

Monosaccharide standards (l-arabinose (l-Ara), l-rhamnose (l-Rha), d-fucose (d-Fuc), d-galactose (d-Gal), d-mannose (d-man), and d-xylose (d-Xyl)) and Dextran standards (T-670, T-270, T-150, T-50, T-10), trifluoroacetic acid (TFA), lipopolysaccharide (LPS), MTT, and HPLC-MeOH were obtained from Sigma Chemical Co., St. Louis, MI, USA. DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow and Sepharose 4B were from GE Healthcare Bio-Sciences AB, Uppsala, Sweden. HPGPC analysis: Waters 2695 HPLC system, 2424 ELSD (Waters Corporation, Milford, MA, USA), Ultra hydrogel 2000 column. GC/GC–MS analysis: Agilent 7890A/5975C system (Agilent Technologies Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA). NMR analysis: Bruker AVANCE III 500 spectrometer (Bruker Corporation, Rheinstetten, Germany) at 333 K (99.9% D₂O).
