After wash, cells were permeabilized for 45 min with Cytofix/cytoperm (BD, Catalog No. 554714) and stained for another 45 min with anti-human IFN-γ-PECF-594 antibody (BD, Catalog No. 562392), followed by re-suspending in 4% formaldehyde-PBS for flow cytometry analysis.
