Analyzing CD45 RA/RO Ratio in T Cells

To investigate the purity of the isolated cell populations, samples for flow cytometry were prepared from some of the thymi and blood samples in the project, as well as two blood samples from adult females (aged 30 and 70 years) and thymus and blood samples from a 6-year-old male for the CD45 RA/RO ratio.
