Auricularia polytricha Cultivation Protocol

The monosaccharide Standards including fucose (Fuc), rhamnose (Rha), arabinose (Ara), mannose (Man), galactose (Gal), glucose (Glc), xylose (Xyl), fructose (Fru), galacturonic acid (GalA), glucuronic acid (GlcA), 2,2–diphenyl–1–picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), and potassium bromide (KBr, Spectrum pure grade) were purchased from Sigma Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO, United States). All chemicals and solvents used in the current work were of analytical grade.

Electrochemical DNA Biosensor Development

The methylene blue (MB), Tris-HCl, and ethylene-diaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (Na2EDTA), N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO). Potassium ferricyanide (K3Fe(CN)6) and potassium ferrocyanide (K4Fe(CN)6) were provided by Sinopharm Group Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), Normal human serum were purchased from Solarbio Tech. Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), MWCNTs-COOH and L-cysteine were purchased from Aladdin Chemicals Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), Na2MoO4•2H2O was purchased from Shanghai Chemical Reagent Corporation (Shanghai, China). Other reagents were purchased from Chongqing Chuan- CCTAATCTGACTTAGCGGGT-TCCC dong Chemical Co., Ltd. All chemicals were of analytical grade. Deionized (DI) water was produced using a Milli-Q system.

Electrochemical Biosensor for HbA1c Detection

The human HbA1c antibody (anti-HbA1c) and human glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were purchased from Fitzgerald (United States). The chloroauric acid (HAuCl4), potassium sulfate (K2SO4), Tween–20 (Tween–20), and potassium ferricyanide (K3[Fe(CN)6]) used in the pretreatment, modification, and measurement of the electrode were purchased from Sinopharm (Sinopharm, Beijing, China). Sulfuric acid (H2SO4), phosphate buffer (PBS, 0.01 M, PH 7.4), hydrogen peroxide (H2O2), and other chemicals were all analytical grade and used without further purification. Antibody, antigen, and Tween-20 solution were prepared with PBS buffer, and other solutions were prepared with ultra-pure water.
All electrochemical experiments were carried out in the CHI660e Electrochemical Workstation (Shanghai Chenhua Co., Shanghai, China). The SPE as an electrochemical sensing component was purchased from Qingdao Glassy Carbon Technology Co., Ltd. The base of the working electrode and counter electrode were carbon electrodes, and the base of the reference electrode was a silver electrode. As shown in Figure 1A, the electrode was 30 mm long, 15 mm wide, and 0.3 mm thick; and the diameter of the working electrode was 4 mm. All experiments, consisting of DPV, CV, and EIS, were carried out in a 10 mL beaker.

Aptamer-based detection of OTA and OTB

The thiolated aptamer was synthesized by Synbio Technologies (Shanghai, China), the sequence of the aptamer was shown below: 5′-GATCGGGTGT GGGTGGCGTA AAGGGAGCAT CGGACA-3′, 5′-SH. OTA and OTB (analytical standard) used in this study was purchased from Pribolab Pte. Ltd. (Qingdao, China). Gold particles were synthesized from Chloroauric acid (HAuCl4) and sodium citrate according to the literature [40 (link)].
Cysteamine (CA), Bovine serum protein (BSA), N-acetyl-l-phenylalanine (NAP), and Warfarin were purchased from Shanghai Yuanye Bio-technology Co. Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Potassium ferrocyanide (K4[Fe(CN)6]) and, potassium ferricyanide (K3[Fe(CN)6]), were purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co. Ltd., Shanghai, China. The binding buffer (BB pH 7.4) was applied in all experiments containing 1 mM MgCl2, 140 mM NaCl, 2.7 mM KCl, 0.1 mM Na2HPO4, and 1.8 mM KH2PO4 [28 (link)]. Ultra-pure water was obtained from a Milli-Q water-purification system (Millipore, Bedford, MA, USA).
An isolate H1 of Aspergillus niger isolated from the wine production region in Hexi Corridor, Gansu Province, which was provided by the College of Food Science and Engineering, Gansu Agricultural University, Lanzhou, China. The pathogen was grown on potato dextrose agar (PDA) medium for 7–10 days.

Antioxidant Potential of Incarvillea Compacta Maxim

Electrochemical Detection of Pb(II) using Aptamer

Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18.2 MΩ×cm was used in the whole experiment. Phosphate buffer (PBS) solution was acted as a supporting electrolyte (10 mM, contain 0.1 M NaCl, pH 7.4). Mantis shrimp samples were purchased from local seafood market (Shanghai, China).
Electrochemical experiments, such as cyclic voltammetry (CV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), were performed on a CHI 660 C workstation with a conventional three-electrode system. The working electrode was a glassy carbon electrode (GCE, Ф = 3 mm) or the prepared modified electrode; the auxiliary electrode was platinum wire electrode, and the reference electrode was saturated calomel electrode.

All other chemicals and reagents were of analytical grade. Redistilled
water was used in all of the experiments. Pig lean, fat, and liver
samples were purchased from a local supermarket.
