Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Imatinib Mesylate (Enzo life sciences, UK; Cat. no. ALX-270-492-M025) and Ambrisentan (Astra Zeneca) were added directly to the cell culture medium at clinically relevant concentrations of 10 µM67 (link) and 1.25 nM10 , respectively. BRD4 inhibitor, AZD5153 (Astra Zeneca) was added at the concentration of 16.5 nM, based on the pre-clinical use of BET inhibitors12 (link) and the in vitro dose-response experiments. Cells were incubated with the inhibitors for 24 h under normoxic (21% O2) or hypoxic (2% O2) conditions accordingly.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
