Potassium persulfate (K₂S₂O₈) was purchased form Alfa and potassium permanganate (KMnO₄) was purchased from Greagent. Phosphorus pentoxide (P₂O₅), ferrous sulfate heptahydrate (FeSO₄·7H₂O), ferric nitrate nonahydrate Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O and 2,7-dichlorodi-hydrofluorescein diacetate (DCFH-DA) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich. Graphite, sodium borohydride (NaBH₄), 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC), N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS), potassium iodide (KI) and benzoic acid were purchased from Adamas. Glucose oxidase (GOx) was purchased from Aladdin. Cell culture medium (DMEM), fetal bovine serum (FBS) and penicillin-streptomycin were purchased from Gbico. Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) was purchased from Dojindo.

Oxymatrine (OMT), polyoxyethylene stearate (SPEG), rhodamine B (RB), 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethylcarbodiimide hydrochloride (EDCI) and carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS, N-linked, carboxylation degree 80%) were offered by Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China), respectively. Octadecylamine (ODA) and N-Hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) were supplied by Adamas-beta (Shanghai, China). Soybean phospholipid (SPC) was supplied by A.V.T Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Cholesterol (Chol) was purchased from VetecTM reagent grade (Shanghai, China). Porcine pancreatic elastase (PPE) was purchased from Macklin Biochemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).

N-hydroxy-succinimide (NHS), potassium persulfate (KPS), hydrochloric acid (HCl), sodium hydroxide (NaOH), sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide hydrochloride (EDC) and 2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES) were bought from Adamas-beta (Shanghai, China). 5-Aminofluorescein (5-AF) was obtained from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). Sodium hydrogen phosphate and sodium dihydrogen phosphate were obtained from sinopharm (Shanghai, China).
Styrene (St) and acrylic acid (AA) were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China) and reserved to use after distillation under reduced pressure. Phosphate buffer (PB, pH = 7.2) and 2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid buffer (MES, pH = 5.5) were formulated before the coupling experiments.
