Antioxidant-rich Tomato Powder Production

Tomato fruits (S. lycopersicum var. Saladette) were obtained from greenhouses located in Tulancingo, Hidalgo, Mexico. Methanol (MeOH) and chloroform were obtained from Carlo Erba (Val-de-Reuil, France). Formic acid was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (Saint Quentin Fallavier, France).

The c-PAC standard was provided by Complete Phytochemical Solutions (Cambridge, USA). DNA-Functionalized Surface Characterization
