Anti mcp 1

Manufactured by BD

Anti-MCP-1 is a laboratory reagent used to detect and quantify the presence of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) in biological samples. MCP-1 is a chemokine that plays a role in the recruitment and activation of monocytes and macrophages. The Anti-MCP-1 reagent can be used in various analytical techniques, such as ELISA, to measure MCP-1 levels in research applications.

Comprehensive Immunohistochemical Analysis of Lung Samples

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Lung samples were formalin- or Zn- fixed followed by paraffin embedding and immunostaining of 5 µm sections as previously described (21 (link)). H&E staining were preformed as reported before (23 (link)). Sections were stained with the following antibodies: anti-MCP-1 (BD Biosciences), anti-CD86 (BD Biosciences), anti-CD3 (Epitomics), anti-PD-1 (clone 29F.1A12, Biolegend), anti-PDL-1 (clone 10F.9G2, Biolegend), anti-granzyme B (Abcam) and anti-VEGF (Thermo Scientific).

Protein Expression Analysis in HRGECs

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
HRGECs were lysed in RIPA buffer and stored at -80°C after protein concentration determination using BCA (Beyotime Biotech). SDS-PAGE with a 5% stacking gel and a 12% resolving gel to was used to resolve proteins by molecular weight. Resolved proteins were transferred onto nitrocellulose membranes (Millipore Corp). The primary antibodies used were: anti-NF-κB p65 (ABCAm), anti-eNOS (CST), anti-MCP-1 (BD). GAPDH was used as the loading control.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
