Orbitrap velos pro system
The Orbitrap Velos Pro system is a high-performance mass spectrometer designed for advanced analytical applications. It utilizes the Orbitrap mass analyzer, which provides high-resolution, accurate mass measurements. The system is capable of performing various mass spectrometry techniques, including full-scan, targeted, and data-dependent acquisition modes.

UHPLC-Orbitrap-MS/MS Analysis of Compounds
A UHPLC system was equipped with a Vanquish binary pump H system (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Waltham, MA, USA) coupled with an autosampler and column compartment. Chromatographic separation was performed with a Phenomenex KINETEX® C18 column (100 mm × 2.1 mm, 1.7 μm particle size; Torrance, CA, USA); and the injection volume was 5 μl. The column temperature was set at 40°C, and the flow rate was 0.3 ml/min. The MS data were collected in the range of 100–1,500 m/z (under both negative- and positive-ion modes) using an Orbitrap Velos Pro™ system, which was combined with an ion-trap mass spectrometer (Thermo Fisher Scientific) coupled with a HESI-II probe. All samples were analyzed based on the analytical methods described by Kwon et al. (20 (link)).
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
