Immunohistochemistry and FISH Analysis of Liver Tumors
Fluorescence in situ Hybridization (FISH) FISH for PRKACA rearrangement was performed on 5 µ-thick formal-fixed sections. PRKACA FISH was performed on the hepatic adenomas and the paired fibrolamellar carcinomas. In addition, we examined the untested fibrolamellar carcinomas in the followup cohort (n = 8). PRKACA FISH used the validated probe and methodology as described previously. 1 FISH slides were visualized and scored by two experienced technologists who each independently evaluated 50 tumor nuclei.
About PubCompare
Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.
We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.
However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
