LC-MS-grade formic acid was purchased from Thermo Scientific (Waltham, MA, USA).
Spin-X centrifuge filter 0.45 μm with cellulose acetate was purchased from Costar (Corning, NY, USA). Triethylamine (TEA), hematoxylin and eosin (H&E), PPE, and LPS (
Escherichia coli O111:B4) were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich (St. Louis, MO, USA).
Phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was purchased from Gibco (Grand Island, NY, USA).
Toluene, diethyl ether (DEE), ethyl acetate (EA), dichloromethane (DCM), and
sodium chloride (pesticide grade) were purchased from Kanto Chemical (Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Japan).
Sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and
sulfuric acid were obtained from Daejung Reagents Chemicals (Siheung, South Korea).
O-methoxyamine hydrochloride (MO) and
N-methyl-
