Immunotherapeutic Targeting of Liver and Breast Cancers

Human liver cancer cell lines HepG2, HepG2.2.15, SMMC‐7721, Huh‐7, and BEL7402; murine liver cancer cell line H22; and human breast cancer cell line MDA‐MB‐231 were obtained from the ATCC. The cells were cultured in DMEM/RPMI‐1640 medium, with 10% fetal bovine serum and 1% penicillin/streptomycin in culture conditions of 5% CO2 in air at 37°C. PD‐1 antibody (αPD‐1, clone: RMP1‐14) and IgG2a isotype control (clone: 2A3) were purchased from BioXcell.
