4-(Dimethylamino)phenylboronic acid and phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA) were purchased from Macklin (Shanghai, China). 5-Bromothiophene-2-carbaldehyde and 4-bromomethylphenylboronic acid pinacol ester were obtained from energy-chemical (Shanghai, China). 3-Pyridineacetonitrile was bought from Bidepharmatech (Shanghai, China). H2O2 (30%) and N-acetyl-cysteine (NAC) were purchased from Aladdin (Shanghai, China). All other chemicals were used directly without further purification. All reactions were continuously stirred and monitored by thin layer chromatography (TLC). 1H and 13C NMR spectra were taken on a JEOL 400 spectrometer. Mass spectra (MS) were measured on an America Agilent 1290/6550 mass spectrometer. Fluorescence spectra were recorded on an Agilent F-4600 fluorescence spectrophotometer. The fluorescent images were taken on a Leica STELLARIS 5 confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM).

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
