Isopropyl-β-D-thiogalactopyranoside (IPTG), p-nitrophenyl phosphate (pNPP), bovine serum albumin (BSA) and imidazole were purchased from Sigma-Aldrich Chemical Co. (St. Louis, MO. USA). All restriction enzymes and T4 DNA ligase were bought from New England Biolabs, Inc. (Ipswich, MA. USA).
