L‐DOPA methyl ester hydrochloride, 6‐OHDA hydrochloride, benserazide hydrochloride, desipramine hydrochloride, chloral hydrate, d‐amphetamine sulphate, WAY 100635 maleate salt, (±)‐8‐OH‐DPAT hydrobromide were purchased from Sigma (Sigma‐Aldrich, St Louis, MO, USA) and (±)‐fluoxetine hydrochloride was purchased from Tocris (Tocris Bioscience, UK). chloral hydrate, desipramine, L‐DOPA, benserazide, amphetamine, WAY‐100635 and (±)‐8‐OH‐DPAT were prepared in 0.9% saline, (±)‐fluoxetine in distilled water and 6‐OHDA in deionized water containing 0.2 mg·mL−1 ascorbate. Except for chloral hydrate, drugs were prepared on the day of the experiment.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
