The primary antibodies (1:1000) were detected using horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody (1:2000, DAKO, Glostrup, Denmark) and visualised using the ECL detection system (PerkinElmer Ltd, Beaconsfield, UK). Subcellular fractionation was performed as previously described (Myatt et al., 2014 (link)).
