Hematopoietic Cell Culture Protocol

Rhodamine 123 Cell Viability and Apoptosis Assay

Pgp-Glo™ Assay Systems (Promega), and an Annexin V-FITC Apoptosis Detection Kit were used (Calbiochem, EMD Biosciences. Inc. La Jolla, CA, USA).
