Balsa-based Dopamine Delivery in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Dopamine hydrochloride and lysozymes were purchased from Solarbio Science and Technology (Beijing, China). Balsa was purchased from Lego. BALB/c mice (males, 20–25 g) were obtained from the Experimental Animal Department of the Third Military Medical University. Animals were raised in a room at 25°C with relative humidity of 50%, and a 12-hour circadian rhythm. Before the experiment, mice were fed in a single cage and adapted for 1 week. All trials were repeated more than three times. Methods are illustrated in Figure 1.

Dopamine-Silver Nanoparticle Synthesis in Mice

Check if the same lab product or an alternative is used in the 5 most similar protocols
Dopamine hydrochloride was purchased from Solarbio Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China), and silver nitrate (AgNO3) was purchased from Sangon (Shanghai, China). Fresh eggs were purchased from a local supermarket (Chongqing, China).
BALB/c mice (male, 20–25 g) and green fluorescent protein (GFP) transgenic neonatal mice were obtained from the Experimental Animal Department of the Third Military Medical University. All the animal experiments were approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee of the Third Military Medical University. The animals were raised individually in plastic cages for one week before the experiments and were fed with free access to both water and autoclaved standard rodent chow under standardized conditions (room temperature: 25 °C; relative humidity: 50%; and circadian rhythm: 12 h). All methods were performed in accordance with the guidelines of The Third Military Medical University.

About PubCompare

Our mission is to provide scientists with the largest repository of trustworthy protocols and intelligent analytical tools, thereby offering them extensive information to design robust protocols aimed at minimizing the risk of failures.

We believe that the most crucial aspect is to grant scientists access to a wide range of reliable sources and new useful tools that surpass human capabilities.

However, we trust in allowing scientists to determine how to construct their own protocols based on this information, as they are the experts in their field.
