UA, SCr, BUN test kits (Dibao Medical Supplies, Guangzhou, China). Urate staining solution (Gomori), hematoxylin eosin (HE) (Solarbio, Beijing, China). Interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), interleukin-18 (IL-18) Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) kits (R&D Systems, USA). The following primary antibodies were used for immunoblotting: anti-ABCG2 (Cat No. 4477s, 1:1,000, Cell Signaling Technology, USA), anti-NLRP3 (Cat No. ab263899, 1:1,000, Abcam, UK) and anti-GAPDH (Cat No. sc-365062, 1:1,500, Santa Cruz Biotechnology, USA).

(Shanghai, China). Glacial acetic acid (Lot: 1503102) was purchased from Shanghai Shenbo Chemical Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China). Ethanol (Lot: 20180715) came from Wuxi City Yasheng Chemical Co., Ltd. (Wuxi, China). Isoamyl acetate solution (Lot: l1706040) and phosphoric acid (Lot: C1801089) were obtained from Aladdin Industrial Corporation (Shanghai, China). Furthermore, methanol was from Jiangsu Hanbon Sci. Tech. Co., Ltd. (Jiangsu, China). Glycerol and KBr were provided by Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (Shanghai, China).
